My door lock ceased to function and on removal the tumbler is broken. I can buy a keyed tumbler for $250-310 or get a tumbler with a second key for $60. Is it possible to pull the pin system out of the bad tumbler and put in the $60 one? Any ideas? Could a good locksmith do something? My tumbler has the alarm wire.
