MAN I hate this system. I understand why it was this way in the Constitution, but why do we need this any more? I don't think the candidates would campaign any differently, they will still go to the same large cities that they do now, just makes sense. Yet with the media today, the whole country can know what they said yesterday in NYC or tomorrow in West Undershirt. I say change to popular vote. I am willing to listen to any practical reasoning on why the Electorial College needs to exist.
