The reason they give for not bringing it here is price; they don't want to gouge the market, or at least they know they can't. The problem seems to be the weak dollar as far as the price goes. But they don't feel that at any reasonable price the US market will buy into diesel cars.
Are you saying the European buyers are not discerning? How do you what the ride is like? As far looks, beauty is in the eye of the beholder.
