All the trim seems to have the same round shape. You could probably cut a clamp block by running a piece of wood by a table saw blade at an angle to get the right negative shape. The ashtray handle would need a vac. press though.

EDIT: I wasn't thinking about the 90˚ bend pieces at the ends. A vac press would be the best bet.
