Yes, that sounds cheap, but if .16 goes to .08 you have still lost 50%. It sounds more dramatic when a $100 stock drops to $50, but it is the same loss of your dollars invested.
What is important is whether the company has good fundamentals and has a product of service that can turn a profit and therefore generate earnings, which determines the value of a stock.
