the sbc should be deactivated to do anything on the brakes. i have 4 bottles and hoses to hang on the calipers. then, open all 4 starting at the rr. the lf will probably fill first. some people use a different color fluid each time they change it. that way you can tell when the old stuff is out. use blue now, then yellow next time, blue, etc. good luck, chuck.
