Did I miss where you removed the aft bracket holding the IP to the block? There's a bolt that takes a 13mm socket into the IP and IIRC 2 bolts that take a 6mm hex tip into the block. Might not be accessible until the cruise actuator is out.

Note that the bracket is slotted so the bolt into the IP can move when you set timing.
