One bleeder at a time ( I don't have an SBC vehicle - but I see no other way to do it).
you siphon out the reservoir first.
be sure you know in which direction to loosen the bleeder, you don't want to snap it. left to loosen, right to tighten and it's relatively little pressure to tighten - not sure of the spec for your car.
I think it was posted here earlier you can either lock the car or disable the battery to prevent SBC from squeezing the piston.
I always use MB branded fluid from the dealer.
