I'm not very familiar with MB, but we did something similar in a dodge pickup. It toasted the lower control arm, upper control arm, shock mount, and pushed the k-frame(crossmember) back about 4 inches.

The right front tire was rubbing against the inner fender when turned all the way right and catching part of the frame in the inside.

You're best bet would be to get it up on a rack and check it out for any collateral damage. I don't know how hard you hit the curb, but it may have done more damage that you expect.
