Those Uniflite Salty Dogs are stout (Uniflite built hulls for Navy and CG use) and can be found running and restoration ready for under $10K. Look carefully for gelcoat blisters, though.

I wish he were more specific. Cruising speed, GPH, cruising RPM, prop size & pitch, etc. It is an interesting project!
