Can you describe what the engine is like on cold and warm start up?

Once running, will it idle and at what rpm?

What's the condition of 1) OVP relay fuse; 2) pin contacts on the OVP, fuel pump relay and ECU; 3) Idle Air Control Valve; 4) vacuum lines on the intake side; 5) O2 sensor's age/last replacement; and 5) whether the A/F mixture has been monkeyed around with.
