With money hand over fist in everyone's pocket, I'm hard-pressed to find fault in one single person, party or agency. They all made money off of this mess and all knew it would unravel eventually. This is a colossal mess and they all had a hand in the cookie jar. Now that it's fallen apart, they're all point the finger at each other all the way to their (offshore) banks.....
