The OVP (over voltage protection) relay is located behind the battery, hidden by the plastic insulating wall. There is a fuse mounted on the top of the red plastic top. The fuel pump relaly, the HVAC relay and the ECU are back there too.

I forgot to ask, but what's the condition of the sparkplugs? Wet? Sooty? Are they different condition, indicating a problem in just one cylinder?
