1. Did you install Bosch non-resistor spark plugs?
2. What is the age of the spark plug wires? Are they the original type Bosch with the built in resistors?
3. Did you use a spark plug wire puller when removing the spark plug wire from the spark plug? I made one out of a wire coat hanger bent in a U shape with loops on the end to grab the side tabs of the connector so I wouldn't pull on the wire.
