I also have this problem on my 126. I asked the dealership if this is easy to fix/DIY and they told me not to try it myself. Apparently the seatbelt mechanism shouldn't be tampered with for obvious safety reasons.

Oh, and by the way, they quoted me $800 to replace it... Thanks, I'll just help it retract...
