There's nothing obviously wrong with the tires, but the car has been sitting in the driveway for quite some time on these tires (before I started driving it).
I brought the air pressure back up to spec and the vibration changed (it was more of a shake before, now it's more of a vibration), so I'm pretty sure it's the tires.
