I looked at some from the USAF pre- and post-Ike. I don't know anything about the sensors but it looks like some sort of hi-res, telephoto'd, stabilized vidicon in natural color and in B&W IR. Oblique. I didn't see video, just frames. Really clear, spectacular resolution. I searched and found some info on the Internet. Figured somebody might shoehorn it into a UAV.
