Since you posted this to the diesel forum, I take it that you are looking at a diesel that's touted as having the AMG treatment done to it. It probably isn't. I have been told that no diesels were modified by AMG, engine wise that is. Some may have received the body work treatment, as you could order AMG options a-la carte back then, but those numbers would be very low, as a 240D with a spoiler and rear air dam would look a little silly.
