I just bought myself a new set of depo euro headlights for my 190E and am having problems adjusting them.

the middle black screw adjusts the vertical pitch of the light, but I have turned this screw clockwise to the left entirely and it will not move up any higher. The light is aiming at the floor about 15 feet in front of me instead of aiming straight. any help?
