Okay, the saga continues...

I got my 300SDL back from the mechanic today...before I left we had the car sitting and idling. He cracked each injector line and #6 didn't make any difference in idle quality. It was just as rough as before.

Bottom end? Cylinder head? Still think it is the head gasket?

I'm at a loss...I love my car and don't want to see her die on me...
