Not that I know of. The truck normaly runs fine. Every once in a while, there is pronounced rough idle at a traffic light. No idea if that could be a result of the 87 octane. But no pinging from too low octane.

I have also had to clean out the EGR tube twice (in 220K miles). Don't know if that could be related either.

The reason I mentioned it in my post is my suspicion that I get lower gas mileage on the lower octane fuel. It's my wife's daily driver and I have not remembered to actually prove (or disprove) this.
