Hi,

I know this problem might of been posted before but I've tried to use the search feature and came up with nothing.

I have the stock radio and speakers...94 E320.

Recently whenever I brake and listen to AM stations (gotta get the news and weather from somewhere) there is lots of static coming from the radio. This has happened only recently and only during braking.

Anyone have any ideas what might be causing this?

Also the only recent thing I've had done to my car was a oil/filter and a complete ATF change.

When I asked my mechanic he said he read somewhere about it. Thought maybe running a ground from the brake caliper was the workaround/fix. Since he's not an audio guy (neither am I), thought I'd ask ask here first.
