It's important that you be working from the same file as changes on one file won't automatically be transferred to the other computer and vice versa. I would suggest having two USB drives - one for the working file and the other for the backups. Keep the working file ONLY on the one USB drive and not on the computer's hard drive. Carry the USB drive with you and work off of it wherever you are and then insert the other USB drive and backup to it.

I was thinking the same thing! I really didn't do too much on this one today that I can't double back and duplicate at home, so I should be ok, I hope.
