I get battery voltage at the center (yellow wire) terminal, which feeds the high beam light. But at the outer (white wire) terminal I get only 0.14 volts. I tapped into that white wire before it entered the socket connector and got this same value. So I guess something is interrupting the current down the white wire. I'm at a loss how to go back in the system from there, however.
