Also I misstated in my original post the oil pressure. After driving around in traffic today and on the freeway it looks like my oil pressure is just under 2 not 3 at idle. Hope this is not indicative of a failing rod bearing.

alot of people are happy with Bosi nozzles. if you want bosch make sure they are made in GERMANY not the knockoffs made in india because they are total crap.

pearl black 1983 240d 4speed (Converted!@$$%) atleast the tranny was rebuilt.
