I have the same problem. I need this damn market to turn around so I can start selling a ton of houses at a crazy mark up.

Maybe with a 23ft Regulator as a fishing/day boat. A 14ft RIB as a hot rod, and a Star boat for some match racing.
Really one boat isn't enough.
