Oh yeah, you'll probably drop $200k a year easy on a boat that size if you have a full time captian, and fish it. Maybe more.
The Chris Craft costs just over $10k a year just for storage and insurance, ie just to say you own it, thats before you turn the key, and actualy take care of it...
My friend spent $2m over 8 or so years to race his Swan. He won Newport to Bermuda once, thats what it costs to compete. You can bet the big boys pay a lot more than that! I would love to know the operating costs of say the J Class Ranger, OMFG it must be larger than the GDP of half the countries in Africa!
