I did this very job last week - on my M103 engine

You " walk" the pulleys off after removing the holding bolts.
3 x 13mm bolts for the steering pump pulley, 3 13mm bolts for the water pump pulley, 4 x 8mm bolts for the fan pulley.
There are two long bolts + a short one holding the steering pump on. The two long bolts hold one end of the Y bracket on.
