Have checked voltages at glo plugs, all at 7.9-8.3. Light on dash not illuminating. I assume that these values indicate plugs are ok and lighting up.

1. Is there a method of checking at the glo relay to determine if the bulb is blown?

2. If bulb replacement required, How do I get to there from here?
