Thanks for the input. I will try to see if I can find a loose connection. It does seem to be more along these lines because of the intermittent nature. Although lately (precipitating this thread) it just starts to come up slightly, maybe 1 - 2 inches and then retracts but there are still times it won't come up at all. It always seems to try to come up during key starts but not when turning the radio off and on. Unfortunately, I'm not real good at tracing wires.
