120 psi doesn't sound perfect to me It sounds low. I would guess the seals are gone valves most likely have oil cake on.

Run conpresson test again and swirt oil in cylinder and run test again. if pressure goes up most likely rings are worn if pressure stays low you got valves not seating good.
