Bad power supply in cluster, the previous post is correct, some have had luck replacing capacitor. This was a known fault, and MB replaced clusters under warranty, it needs to be rebuilt. I am living with mine, read all about it

The speakers are probably bad BOSE amp, the locking issue ia also a non related issue
