Cutco has the best Warranty in the world not just the industry.
If at any time you are not completely satisfied with the performance of your CUTCO product, we will correct the problem or replace the product.
If your knife ever becomes dull we will sharpen for you for free (either you can have a rep come to your house and sharpen them or you can send them into the factory to have them sharpened)
Should you damage your CUTCO through misuse or abuse, we will replace the item for one half of the current retail price plus shipping/handling and tax.
If at any time within fifteen (15) days after receipt of your CUTCO you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason you may get a full refund of your purchase price by contacting CUTCO Customer Service at the address below.( how many people do that, its kinda like taking your Cutlery for a test drive. I wouldn't just spend $1000 on a set of knifes if I couldn't try them out)
And this is a Forever Guarantee, not a lifetime. All the other brand have a lifetime warrentee, but that mean only what the expected life of the knife it, which in most cases is 7-10 years. CUTCO is Guaranteed for life, not only your life but your childrens and others. Who ever has the knifes in hand we will honor the Forever Guarantee, even if its 100 years from now.
