It won't work because you have a 2 piece point system; however, I took and drilled a 7/8 inch hole over the post on one side, and it works fine now. YOu have to reset your timing, but it's still better than points. You may have to file some of the aluminum off of the other end too. I've had mine on for 3 months now..no issues.
