My Daughter and I just tackled our sqeaky 300D. We went through two cans of silicon spray but its been squeak free for a month (driven 50mi/day).
She went under the car with the can while I bounced the car. Told her to spray everything that squeaked.
Might try this before you start replacing stuff.
