My cruise does not appear to be working (engage and set). but I can accelerate with the hand control. Can I assume the servo amplifier and servo are working, or is it just hopeful thinking on my part. Is there any available schematics on this system both electrical and block diagrams?

96 Chrysler Concorde 120K miles and a new cam belt, wtr pump(second time) and idler. Lesson learned always replace the idlers,they do fail.
