I'm 23

Up until that moment in life I had been doing very good with my finances. Spending very little, almost never buying anything brand new etc etc.

The general concensus from the few lawyers that i've talked to has been the same regarding the lack of a note. I have him on voicemail admitting that he does owe me money and I have a e-mail record that i'm currently building with "The jackass" but he's sly and has not yet admitted how much he owes me, only that he owes me something.
