England has the second oldest parliament and restricts gun ownership, and, next to Japan, has the lowest gun crime rate in the world. India has the largest democracy and no private gun ownership. I think all the countries of Europe limit gun ownership and have very low crime rates and hardly any gun crime. How can this be?
