Ah, so having clarified all that, I can say that I definitely have the updated OVP (single 15A fuse).... unless the old version also had a single 15A fuse (which from what I can tell the old version had 2 10A fuses).

In this case, do you still suspect the OVP for my issues and that I should swap it out? Just an old OVP with bad connections? Is it possible to take out / open up and clean?
