The orig and the upgrade/replacement OVP BOTH had single fuse ...you tell which you have by looking at the PART NUMBER on the relay...........that is why we listed the part number and asked you to see of you had the old part#.
Regardless...you can take the relay apart and clean it, look for bad/poor conections, etc.
The orig had bad Zener diodes and that is why it was junk and should be replaced regardless of it giving you trouble or not...
