I don't know about the 123s, but that carpet backing was not available for my 107. Or if it was, only from dealer at exorbitant price.
I bought a piece of black foam carpet underlay from Home Depot (The firm stuff - not the colored pebbly stuff). It is about 1/4" thick - I made a template and then cut pieces to fit into those wireways and depressions (chamfered the edges). Then I cut a full size piece as the main carpet underlay. I glued the pieces together to form a good imitation of the original molded pieces. Then finally after making sure everything lined up, I glued the carpet to the underlay.
I bought my carpets from a guy on eBay (qualitytopsandinteriors aka germanautotops guys name Armen Oganesyan email kush123 at yahoo.com) Well, they did not fit properly and he would not fix them

Had to cut and hack at them myself.
I think I would buy some carpet, cut it to shape and then get someone to sew the edging on. Or buy from World Upholstery who always do good work.
