There does seem to be good evidence it is really becoming a buyers market. A few experiences by me in the last while have really indicated it. So keep your eyes open for a really good example.

The prices might be pretty reasonable soon if the trend continues. I would almost bet on the buyers market getting even better and generally continuing for at least quite awhile.

The uncertanty of how everything is going to play out is almost a daily soap opera at the moment. That alone will continue to have a major negative impact on just about everything soon enough.
