Have a couple of small issues with my 81 300SD I cannot find anything in the search about...

1. I am looking to replace the worn hood latches. How do I find new ones? Fastlane appears to have only the cable and lever, not the pins/springs/latch mechanism. Any source for new latches?

2. After I pulled down the vinyl piece the rear dome light sits in to reattach a wire, I am unable to figure out how to reattach it to the roof. There appears to be a brass clip over the light fixture a little to the right (the car's right), but I cannot see what to attach it to so it holds up anything. Anyone ever done this?

Also, I do not have an owner's manual for this car, does anyone have a good source to get an Owner's Manual from 1981?
