From the description it seems as if you are having issues with fuel delivery, most notably acceleration enrichment. The EHA controls delivery of fuel and can cause low power when it is on the way out. Reading the lambda can give you an idea if it is functioning correctly. It's a pricey little bugger so you want to know it will resolve the issue before shelling out the cash.
