Of course they do. That's how the Jappanese were able to dump their cut price crap in the US back in the 70's and start making inroads into the US market. The US was too stupid to fight that back then, too late to cry over spilt milk now.

As long as the UAW exists it's not a manufcturing stronghold. It's a millstone. Kill the UAW and there might be some point to trying to help the big 3. With the UAW stll around, forget it. They're done.
