Next thing on the list, Here is what the car does

Start it up and go to drive you press the pedal down to the floor but it doesnt go anywhere, Motor doesnt rev up the car just doesnt move....
eventually itll finally go, I might have to let up on the pedal a bit or let up let off kinda thing...

throttle cable looks in tact, With car off I predd gas pedal and see the cable move like its suppos to!

The car idle surges.....
