Do you have a pic of the head you are considering buying? The difference between the two types of 104 heads are that the newer ones have coil over plug ignition, and the older ones have a distributor, rotor, and wires delivering the spark. You of course need the older style. If you can get a pic of the head you are looking at buying you should be able to determine which style it is, or post if here for us to help ID it.
