Dee8go, Phil Here. I have found plenty of room for a Cross over Exhaust system on my Sl that is in between my Spare Tire Pan and the rear Bumper Valance. Light up a good Cigar, Lay down under your Car and study it for awhile, The Light's will go on and you will realize it.

My only cutting modification was to eliminate the stupid Rear Tow Hook and slightly cut my rear valance to except the other set of Tips.
