DONE!

WHAT A DIFFERENCE in the vibration level!

That's something I've dealt with over the past couple years - not having another Benz to compare mine with. However, a couple months ago, I happened across a local classified ad for a 1984 300SD (the ad actually read "300D"). Anywho, my wife and kids and I went over to look at it and drive it and that's when I got to thinking that mine just has this annoying vibration to it when we are stopped in traffic. The SD was just sooooo much more smooth running than mine. My Indy suggested I change out the motor mounts and I'm so glad I did.

I'm s l o w working on the car, a 2 hour job for most of you will mean 6 -8 hour job for me! Don't know why but that's just the way it always turns out. This relatively easy job took me prolly 5-6 hours BUT IT'S DONE!!!
