How would you adjust/tighten the wiper arms on the headlamp wipers. Here is my problem :

1. One of the arms is loose (that is you can rotate it by hand rather easily - the other side is firm)

2. The other arm (the firm one) does not sit level (it stops a little short of horizontal)

Other than that, the wipers work.
